Bridget Cullen

Bridget Cullen is the Managing Director of DCG. In this role, she provides clients with analysis of legislative and regulatory matters related to financial services policy and actionable intelligence. Bridget engages with Members of Congress, regulators, and staff to represent clients’ interests effectively. She joined the firm in 2019 and has served as a policy analyst and policy director. 

Prior to DCG, Bridget worked in political fundraising where she was responsible for raising campaign donations and managing PACs for several Members of the House of Representatives, including then-Republican Whip Steve Scalise.

She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a bachelor’s degree in political science

JUSTIN DALY

For more than two decades, Justin Daly has been actively involved in virtually every major financial services policy debate in Washington. Before founding DCG in 2012, he was Senior Vice President of a large government relations firm, where he led the financial services practice. Prior to joining the private sector, he served as a senior legal and policy advisor in the US House, Senate, and Securities and Exchange Commission.

At the SEC, Daly was a Commissioner’s Counsel on matters involving the divisions of Trading and Markets and Enforcement. Prior to that, he served on Capitol Hill for over a decade. In the Senate, Daly was Senior Counsel and Chief Securities Counsel to the Banking Committee. In the House, he was Senior Counsel and Chief Securities Counsel to the Financial Services Committee. In 2012, Daly served on the Romney Readiness Project’s five-member SEC & CFTC Review Team. He is consistently ranked as one of Washington’s Top Lobbyists by The Hill.
